  • Data that you provide to us via the quote request / contact form: full name, company name, email address, telephone number, sector of activity, certification(s) sought, number of employees and message.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your requests and establishing certification offers — basis: pre-contractual measures / your request.

  • Managing customer relations and ensuring follow-up on services — basis: execution of the contract, legitimate interest.

  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations — basis: legal obligation.

Recipients and subcontractors
The data is accessible to authorized ACPO SA personnel and its technical service providers acting as subcontractors, including the platform host (Wix.com Ltd.) and, where applicable, audience measurement tools. The data may be disclosed to the competent authorities when required by law. ACPO SA does not sell personal data.


Transfers outside Switzerland / the EU

Shelf life
Data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes described, then archived or deleted: prospecting data [e.g. 3 years after the last contact — to be confirmed]; contractual data for the duration of the relationship and then according to the legal retention periods (in particular accounting, [10 years]); browsing data according to the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
